Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the Thaqalayn platform and chapter services.
1. Platform Purpose & Acceptance
Thaqalayn Muslim Association (TMA) provides an online platform connecting student chapters across Canadian campuses to share events, Islamic resources, prayer room maps, and community updates. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Event Participation & RSVPs
Event attendees and members are expected to maintain respectful conduct during all online and on-campus chapter events. Submitting an event RSVP creates a non-binding reservation; campus chapter executives reserve the right to limit capacity or enforce campus safety and code of conduct policies.
3. Club Manager & Content Guidelines
Designated chapter executives and club managers are responsible for maintaining accurate event information, posters, executive rosters, and resource listings. Content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or violates university student code of conduct is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Thaqalayn Muslim Association is an abstract collective run by autonomous student chapters. Platform tools and features are provided "as is". While we strive for high uptime and accurate schedules, we are not liable for last-minute room changes, campus weather cancellations, or third-party service interruptions.
